Second model I have ever painted slowly coming to life. I've tried this wet blending but I'm finding it very difficult. I guess it's just patience, persistence and attention. Hehehe.

Good work. I am still trying to grasp the concept of highlighting. All I do is wash>gloss for that natural shine. It's cheating, and I feel dirty afterwards.

I don't quite know what I'm doing, but I do know that I just wanted to bring highlights to the edges of things, the most outward point. I just feel it's going to take a lot of time to perfect. I didn't follow through with a directive light, but more so a global light for when you turn the miniature in your hands. I have a lot of work to do, but I'm taking my time and following as many tutorials as I can.

With this I just sprayed black. Went over with DA green. Then touched the tips of things with scorpion green and then got to work wet blending the two colours together. I went over it a little with some blank ink (gloss) and filled in the cracks.

It's nice that you take the time to check out tutorials. I skipped a few steps when starting, which leaves me flustered when attempting new challenges lately
