If I'm reading this right a Dread can move and fire ALL of its weapons?

ie: I can drop pod my ironclad, fire the melta and storm bolter, and two hunter-killer missiles at once?

Yes.

Page 84 of the BRB, second paragraph, first sentence of "Shooting with Walkers" covers how many weapons walkers can fire. It's pretty unambiguous, and it supersedes the normal restrictions on vehicles (where the number of weapons depends on distance moved).

Thanks man! Just felt a bit confusing that it could fire all weapons. MC's can fire two, so I was looking for something like that.
