Farseer, Guardians, and Wraithlord make a sturdy back-field, Fire Dragons and Dire Avengers move forward to clear off objectives... played one game with the list versus Ultramarines and it seemed pretty solid. What do you think?

Personally never understood guardians making a solid backfield? Their range is dreadful, and their survivability even worse....

Without weapon platforms, there is no reason to have the guardians outside a serpent. With them, absolutely. The farseer buffing both will be a huge boost for your army. A compromise is to give a gun platform to one, and put the guardians in the DA serpent running the DA on foot.

A 6th hawk would be nice to get the large blast from deep strike.

Wraithlord could use a second gun and the EML is really pretty bad for the points, but I assume he is modeled that way.

A spear on the farseer is an easy way to kill spare points.

Yes those guardians need some weapons platforms and maybe warlocks if possible.

Wave serpants love holoo fields and while I love the models swooping hawks in less than 6 are not worth taking. Even with 6 they usually fail to win back their points unless you hit with the large blast against a non meq army.

Drop EML and get Bl. get 6th hawk. drop DAs down to 5 man, and add BLs or Sls to gardians. war locks for conceal are nice to. you could drop dragons for BL war alkers which will do more damage, and save yoou points.
