This question goes along with the idea that I'm still fairly new to WHFB:

DE Witches have A 1. But they have 2 hand weapons for thier equipment. Does this mean they have 2 total attacks before the frenzy rule. Which would give them 3 attacks until they lose combat? Or 4 attacks each with a Death Hag that has the witches brew upgrade.

Seems to me to be the case, but wanted to ask.

Correct. The witches will have 3 attacks.
Add the A characteristic +1 for the additional weapon and +1 for frenzy.

Also remember that the witches including the death hag on the cauldron of blood do not get the extra attack from two hand weapons I believe since they are considered mounted cause its a chariot.
