In my game the other night I ran into something I had no idea how to resolve properly. My Kromac had Warpath up and running, and my Warpwolf Stalker warped for Berserk and proceeded to destroy his target.

Enter my problem:

Warpath states "When a friendly Faction model in this model's control area destroys one or more enemy models with a melee or ranged attack during its activation, immediately after the attack is resolved, one warbeast in this model's battlegroup that is in its control area can advance up to 3in. A warbeast can advance only once per turn as a result of Warpath."

Berserk says "When this model destroys one or more models with a melee attack during its combat action, immediately after the attack is resolved it must make one additional melee attack against another model in its melee range.".

The Stalker met the requirements for both effects, and I would have very much liked to use them both, ideally in the move 3in first into another enemy model and slap it with a really big sword second.
Which one happens first? Is it simultaneous? If so, how would that work?

On p.245 of Prime/Primal, you'll find the Timing appendix, which is very helpful. At the end of the attack sequence (Step 12) it tells you which order to resolve effects in.

In this case, you resolve Active Player effects that don't involve making an attack (Warpath in this case, IF you choose to use it) before resolving effects that do involve making an attack (Berserk).

So, if you chose to use your Warpath movement, it would have to be before the Berserk attack was taken, so you could kill something, move, then use your berserk attack, yes.
