well if you want noise marines buy noise marines. Take a Lord of Slaanesh so they become troops or do something Crazzzyyy Like this.
2XSorc of Slaanesh with 3 MLs and whatever goodies you want. (Your aiming on rolling Syphony of Pain for both of these Guys)
3x 10 man or 5 man noise marines with blast masters theyll be your elites since you cant take them as troops.
Thaaaan Either Cultists in reserve for capping points or regular csm with lascannons for AT.
And maybe some Havocs with AC for aa?
Tis pretty Nutso if you can land getting both your sorc's with SoP your sonic weapons will have 2 + str because it is culmative.
I tried it once and failed miserably but i deployed horribly and got all my cultists and scoring got wiped.

well at the moment i am deciding between dark mechanicus or sound waves of death.
the latter sounds cooler.
however i was thinking that if i did do slaanesh csm
i would take lucius a scorcerer between 30-40 noise mahreeens and loads of cultists
if it was dark mechanicus
well thats easy two warpsmiths mutilators, cultists, helldrakes and 1 forge firend, 1 defiler and a maulerfiend.
