Hey Fellas, Me and a couple of buddies were thinking itd be fun to do a 2vs2 were each of us made a Chaos Space Marine List using each of the Mark's.
2 of us actually play Csm the other two are fairly familar with the codex but arent really intrested... ANYWAYS
I personally dibbed Nurgle and have always used Nurgle themed lists in most of my armies (except when feeling wacky)
I dont know how we are going to do teams if itll be random or based off of the Deamon Prince Hatred rules (Nurgle has hatred toward Tzeentch etc..)
were probably going to do 1000 points each and the rules i think will be fun and not difficult to amend to are you must take atleast 2 Sqauds of Cult Marines (Plagues for nurgel, Beserkers for khorne etc etc.)
I don't know who my teamate will be as of yet im assuming Khorne but i dunno what we will decide on.
My list as it stands will probably look something like this (No codex Available but i have a basic idea of what ill be able to field)


HQ:Nurgle Lord Bike (Whatever Upgrades i can fit, Probably Burning Brand)
Troops: 5xPlague Marines with 2xPlasmas
Troops: 5xPlague Marines with 2xPlasmas
Fast Attack: Nurgle Bikers dunno how many prob with meltas
Heavy Support: Nurgle Oblits (I still havent used these guys yet *Dissapoint Face* But i hear they are all the rage)

Whats the best wayto use Oblits, Deep striking behind lines and popping tanks (They can still deep strike right)
Or just sitting in the back.

Now Im coming to you Dakka to help me make a Khorne List for My newbie Buddy who doesnt like to listen to my Ideas of just taking 2 sqauds of khorne and 2 Lanradiers.
So, Make me a List that has 2 Khorne sqauds doesnt matter how many, a khorne lord (Obvious Reasons) and a Maulerfiend. (He really wants to use a Mauler Feind).

All suggestions are Appreciated, I hope you like our crazy Idea.

Generally, unless you need to worry about Deep Striking Strength 10 AP1/2 stuff, the Obliterators should always be deployed.

Some players will tell you that they should always Deep Strike because of their access to good heavy weapons + being Slow and Purposeful.I say deep strike them in this case because you want to be shooting Khorne before they are in assault range.

As for his list.. Khorne is very hard to use compared to Nurgle at 1000pts of course but if you play aggressively it is possible to have an ok Khorne army.

In the future, some people don't like making lists for those who say they don't have the Codex. Personally, that's not an issue for me at all. Let's see what I can do:

Khorne Lord
-Power Armor
-Axe of Blind Fury
-Burning Brand
-Sigil of Corruption

7 Terminators
-Power Axes
-Mark of Khorne

10 Berserkers
-Rhino

10 Berserkers
-Rhino

Maulerfiend




Maulerfiends are best when taken in pairs. This one will go to sleep quickly vs. your Plasma, if it's not torn apart by the Melta bikers. Since the berserkers can't charge after disembarking from the rhino, they'll die quickly to your plasma and bolters before they even charge.. but that's not my problem. I hate Nurgle and Khorne so it works out for me. He will regret not putting berserkers in Land Raiders.

Awesome Im sure hell like this list Also, He may be on my Team for 2vs2 we wont know till it happens, Ill see what he thinks of it.

My friend made me a DA list last night and it was super good, I wiped out 7 Sterngaurd with that relic weapon that fires a Plasma Blast. Was sweet for me, not so sweet for the sterngaurd.

Cool- just figured you'd be playing against his list sometimes too.

I'll be using DA as allies with my Scythes marines just for fun.
