Hello

My username is tomcat912 and I'm starting a imp guard army and I want some help on were to get the models.
Should I get them second hand (not assembled or painted) or go to games workshop??

Also I cannt decide in their paint job.
Their lore is that they a regiment that lived on a world that was attacked by tyrannies and it was left barren and only the people living on the nearby moon and asteroids survived thanks to shield generator and now the imperem want to abandon them so they have raised a militia
To help with the war effort. They are undisaplind scavengers that don't like follow orders thanks to them not wanting to be there. Have close ties with the iron hands since they fought to save their world. They take pride in their war trophies. (I sertanley want to reflect this on my models)

So there's their lore so please submit your ideas to the thread. Please remember I have limited money (£40 maybe more?).

P.S I don't want a huge force just a few squads a hq and maybe a sentinel or a transport.

With £40 eBay is your best bet. I don't think there are many deals on there for unpainted stuff tho. Maybe you could go a bit more off beat to Craig's list or gumtree.

If buying new I highly recommend Darksphere as they are very good and with discounts.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
If a rag tag army Kane you could do all your soldiers different colours. I done that with my Cultists and it took me ages, they look good for being different tho imo.
