Is this a competitive list in the current meta.

Sergeant upgradea are pretty much useless in todays meta especially since your bringing an ethereal so you got a ld10 bubble anyways

Second dropping the sarges, considering you have the ethereal and strider for Ld boosting fun. Points saved her can buy you more fire warriors/kroot for more dakka and resistance to casualties.

One place I do suggest a leader is the broadsides. If you lose a model from either unit your looking at a check. Sides are ld8 and usually close to the backfield, so you are liable to break and run.

Devilfish needs disruption pods not decoy launchers.

The broadsides do have sergeant upgrade just forgot to put it on there, agree the fire warriors could lose the serg, but I prefer the decoy launchers over disruption pod for two reasons. 1st a lot of units in the game now ignore cover or have a way to ignore cover. 2nd the decoy launchers give you 50% chance against weapons with the interceptor rule, so all tau units with early warning override and quad guns give it the 4++, and it has 5++ against everything else once it moves. With extra points I would take both probably.
Do you think Dark strider with the pathfinders is a viable unit.
