Hi everybody, we've all seen different methods, here's mine. Apologies for the crap photo quality in the links, but I only had my phone available!

1) You need the following bits:

SW pack power axe,
WGT storm shield,
WGT thunder hammer.

2) Parts used are as follows:

Bottom of axe handle (minus ring),
TH hand and grip (remove upper shaft and cable up to the hand)
SS with hand and handle removed, leaving flat plate and conduits only.

3) Fit and glue parts as shown, I pinned them to help lining up but it you decision if you want to do that:

4) File/trim upper fingers (between knuckles) and fit and glue to the SS:
