hey guys im starting infinity and im really interested in get the combined army. i also want to have another army where i can also use with the combined army (in other word two army's in one force). i been reading and for the mercenary rules an it say that it can only take mercenary that are not humans. so is tahoo the only army i can use?

According to the fluff, the Tohaa fight the Combined Army and would never ally with them.

The official rules do not allow any mercenaries for the non-human factions.

That said, if your group is O.K with that, you can use the Tohaa figures as troops "sepsitorized" by the EI prior to the engagement, similarly to what happened with Ko Dali.
