Well the format will be 4x4 tables and 5 rounds ,the objectives will be like if you get your other players objective you get 5 if oyu hold your own it is one and the middle one is 3 points,i was thinking a heldrake with some oblitorators and 2 set of 10 cuiltist and my be huron with 5 terminators outflaking or a 6 man biker with a chaos lord with a axe of fury with the other biker champion have a power fist and all mark of korn and the icon of rage i think,and mybe a deamon prince with a buring brand and give him wings armour gift of mutation and also give gift to the biker champion and chaos biker so what you think and i am oopen to ideas.

The problem with Outflanking a big unit (Huron + terminators is expensive at 1000pts) is that you leave the little elements of your army open to nasty fire. Necrons in particular can bring serious firepower to bear in small games and Chaos does best when it deploys as much as possible to add more targets and threats to the enemy.

Bikers with a fist and MoK are a terrible combat unit because they're not fearless. Bikes are best as cheap Melta Gun platforms. A Khorne unit of bikers will just be shot to pieces before they can charge. Melta bikers will be shot to pieces after they slaughter a tank or two.

If the enemy objective gets you 5 points, how are your Troops durable (or mobile) enough to get there?

The Obliterators can take a couple wounds from Annihilation Barges without being Instant-popped, are fairly resilient to things like Sternguard that you will see in small games, the Heldrake because: Heldrake, the Prince can re-roll saves of 1 and can try for Iron Army or Endurance, and your Chaos Marines can shoot effectively while moving towards an objective if their Rhino gets popped.

I am sorry about that,i do have necrons ,but i am worried about a screamer death star thing to at a thousand,i do like the list i just was thinking 2 really good hand to hand combat units and just get to my objective and get to the middle.I just love the heldrake ,he just changes games when he comes in.

What's wrong with using your own screamer star?

Well to me ,i am scared too,at that point level using something like that,at a 1000,i just donot feel comfortable doing that,i just at 1850 i can donot something with it.I donot think it will be like 10 or 15 players there so ,and we are playing 5 rounds so i my run into it or not.

I hear ya. Tournaments are tournaments though- There's nothing wrong with wanting your CSM to be awesome at one.
