So my buddy that I often play 40k with moved away and with him went the 6th ed. rule book i would reference. So in need of a new rule book I ask does the rule book that came with the dark vengeance set contain all the actual rules that you can find in the regular 6th ed. rule book? because you can get one of those for dirt cheap on ebay. or should I just save my pennies and get the full edition. I also noticed GW is offering a mini edition of 6th ed. that is just the rules for $50 and i'm kinda leaning towards getting that.

It does not contain any fluff in it.

Get the DV book. It contains all the relevant information and rules, just no fluff. It literally is all you need.
