Not a bad list, but there's a little mistake there; Typhus is in Terminator armour and can't get in a Rhino due to him having the Bulky special rule. It's best to have him either march up the field with a big blob of Plague Zombies or deep strike in with a small squad of Chaos Terminators.

id kick melta, and go plasma, maybe have one squad with flamers instead :/ idk, larger squads of zombies, you have half your army fast and the other half slow...oh wait deep strike, oops, the zombies are cool but kind of out of place considering the amount of fast stuff, maybe one squad of zombies for a objective, and get a hell drake in their somewhere

I changed it a bit, adding larger squads of zombies, less plaugedrones and fixed my Typhus mistake

Id run a squad of havocs with flakk incase your opponent has fliers instead of one of the units of oblits
