or i could make that medusa a manticore and drop the master of ordnance and add krak grenades to the ccs your thoughts?
and against eldar and other skimmer armys i would add 2 hydras and give the flamer vets one heavy flamer getting rid of the medusa and master of ordnance

I don't like the lascannon squads. I would simply put a lascannon in your IS's as they are harder to break and then get them behind an ADL. Maybe have your CCS on foot with a Lascannon to issue orders to your units behind the ADL. Then send your vets to objectives. Loss the flamer vets you're wasting their good BS so try taking more plasma.
Try and grab a vendetta to house your CCS flame squad for late game objective and flamer bomb,
