I've tried to build an all comers list for a small friendly tournament. I've tried to fit in as much toys as I can. Here's the list:

Dark Eldar

Duke Sliscus

9 Kabalite Warriors
Raider: Disintegrator Cannon, Splinter Racks, NS, FF

10 Wyches
Raider: Disintegrator Cannon, NS, FF

Haemonculus: Liquifier Gun, Venom Blade
4 Wracks
Venom: 2x SC

Ravager: NS, FF
Ravager: NS, FF

Eldar

Farseer: Eldar Jetbike

5 Dire Avengers
Wave Serpent: SC, SL, Holo-fields

4 Warp Spiders
1 Warp Spider Exarch: TL Deathspinner, Fast Shot

War Walker: EML with flak, Starcannon

Total of 1496 points.

Now, I know fliers such as heldrakes are probable in the tourny so War Walker is a cheap and potentially effective option. But I'm still not sure about how it will perform. Originally the list had a 5 body Eldar Jetbike unit and a bunch of upgrades instead of the War Walker,. This might still be a better option since eldar jetbikes are awesome at grabbing/contesting objectives at the last turn. But then again the list is ideally more fun than hardcore competitive. But then again, winning is fun

You should have taken dem troop jetbikes.

The lone war walker with a flak eml is not much in the way of air defense. Guided spiders would do far better than the lone missile. Also, any player worth their salt will shoot your lone walker before it can fire back. Either drop the walker, or stick to scatter/scatter, scatter/star, or lance/lance.

A lone farseer is a very easy target, and will be shot at/killed quickly. You can take the mantle of the laughing god to increase your odds of survival, but you could also squad up. Guardian jetbikes are cheap and scoring, but consider reavers. You have the duke for double drug roll goodness, and the reavers don't mind turbo boosting around all game. The farseer can cast powers,then zip around as needed. The reavers can take a blaster/lance, then the farseer takes a singing spear for extra AT.

Wytches really need haywires, and since your light on AT I would swap those dissies to dark lances. You could also get a 5th wrack/liquifier gun in your venom by dropping a wytch and putting the hamey here(ensures the pain token)

I ended up changing the War Walker setup in later builds. SL/Starcannon SL/lance is a far better build and I'm planning to take at least 2 from now on.

Even though I sometimes play the Farseer with Guardian Jetbikes for extra wounds, Reavers might be a good choice when taking Sliscus indeed. I'll give this a shot.

The Wyches always have the haywires, I tend to forget to write that down when I'm posting on Dakka.

If I deploy the Hamey with the wyches, and Duke rolls a FNP from combat drugs, it's kind of a waste though. The second liquifier does sound tempting though. I will definitely consider this.
