I'm making a chapter master for my custom chapter (Void Spartans) so naturally i would have some crests, scroll canisters, etc. but in not sure how i should make him look.

I'm not putting him in terminator armor or on a bike but i would like some help with some third party resin company's who make armor, accessories, weapons, etc. so i can make him look awesome

I figured i could combine 2 Centurion and 2 Sternguard shoulder pads to make 2 bulky ones then vertically put some crests on both of them that I would get from Anvil Industry, then add some scrolls and stuff, but I'm not sure what to do with the chest or legs

any third party companys and inputs would be greatly appreciated

I'm pretty sure it would look ridiculous with centurion shoulder pads.Only the empra can have shoulder pads that big.

They would be trimmed a bit, though.

If you're looking for awesome parts for blinging out marines, then you can't go much better than http://www.anvilindustry.co.uk/. They make some amazingly detailed resin parts, including some larger shoulderpads and crests like you're looking for. The range of helmets are also great. They've also got a few variations of torso/leg parts, so you could even build your character from the ground up.

Yeah I know them that's where I started my void Spartans but they only have so much i forgot to mention them in the first post but that's where I'm getting the the crests the Small Roman ones.
