Slaanesh DPs with the Lash of Despair Greater Reward and Iron Arm is much better against anti-air than anything Tzeentch can do.

Which doesnt help a Tzeentch prince at all. The only two things they can usually get against av12 is hellfire gaze at str8 ap1 lance or warp gaze at str 8 ap4 both of which are rewards (hellfire greater and war lesser) so none are guranteed. Bar the storm Raven your best bet is to fly over it and shoot it in the bum with flickering fire.

As said, your best bet is to use those fancy Wings to perform a Vector Strike and send some S6 into the side armour. If you aim it properly, you will then end up in the rear arc. At this point the shooting phase rolls around and you can propel some Flickering Fire into the typically-weak rear armour.
One of the greatest strengths of the Daemons book is being able to tailor your army to the opponent. Half of your options are chosen on the spot and so while Flickering Fire might not be needed every game, you will *always* have the option for it as long as you take Psyker levels.
Find yourself facing down multiple Fliers? That Mastery level is probably best spent on Flickering Fire, and a Greater Reward is ideally rolled with the aim of getting Warp Lance. However as soon as you find an opponent without fliers, that is when you can default to Telepathy and the defensive boons respectively.

Which is why in suggesting the Slaanesh thing I'd also suggest that he stop being stubborn and only running mono-Tzeentch.

If it has AV10 in the rear, Flickering Fire is an excellent choice. Depending on what powers the princes have/used 3-4d6 will at least glance the flyer to death.
Then there's Pink Horrors with Exalted Loci Herald. Rerolling to hits with a lot of Str 6 shots can help. Usually I save them for a last resort.
Horrors are also good behind a defense line with quad gun.

Multiple simulataneous Vector Strikes on a single flyer is usually good for a hull point or 2, but vs Storm Ravens, only the Lash will do anything else. Flickering Fire can certainly work, but not all the time, I've had it fail miserably many times.
Don't forget the best way to deal with flyers is skillful positioning. Run up close to them when possible, as they'll have to Zoom over and past your units, thus ruining most arcs of fire. Then if they go into Hover mode, everything can shoot or assault them.
Sometimes we just gotta pay some flyer tax.
For a Tzeentch Monster list, Fatey w 2 Princes, and a Slaanesh Prince as an HQ is good anti-air. And how about an Aegis Line with Quad or Icarus manned by Bloodletters at BS5? Interceptor too.
