I ordered some supplies from the US army painter webstore, LINK. I got me a can of colored primer and four wargamer brushes.

The purchase process was smooth and my email account recieved the invoice promptly. However, it's now been 5 days and I've not recieved confirmation of shippment nor any tracking numbers. I've made sure my email did not filter incomming mail into the junk/spam box. I've also sent a follow up email to the weborder email listed at the bottom of the web page asking if they do or do not usually send shipping information.

So my question is: has anyone ordered from the US webstore and do they usually send out confirmations?

These days I'm not use to being in the dark on where my orders are at, and when that happens it's either a clerical error in the system or else I just threw $$ into the void.

I've ordered twice before, from the European webstore, and I didn't receive any notice of dispatch on either occasion. Both orders arrived swiftly and safely though!
