So the idea is to have a cheap scoring element to sit back and provide some basic fire support and to have a mobile element that will move out and be able to try and capture enemy objectives.
If the points are correct this should be an 1850 guard list with 40pts left, what do I spend it on? Decent anti air, got long range covered and got a little anti horde with blasts and Hull heavy flamers on the chimeras.

I figured the cheap blob is nice as it allows a decent amount of fire support to be able to put hull points on the dreaded wave serpents. The blob will also be able to bubble wrap the tanks in the case of the drop armies since with the new marine codex drop armies are in favor of lots of melta blowing up heavy tanks. I have more melta vets in the case of dreadnoughts drop podding in. I want to have some effective anti tank in terms of dealing with the close up anti armor.

With the Points left over, should I upgrade one of the LRBT's to an eradicator?

I am only using 1 vendetta just because I want more armored tanks in the list(I would love to try the forgeworld armored battle group but its a bit out of my price range) Also because my friend whom I mainly play, uses nids almost has no way of stopping my lists when I run 2 vendettas. Ive tested armies out and generally If I dont use vendettas the game between him and I will be closer but If I use 2 vendettas its almost guaranteed that I will win.

Comments welcome! I will also be posting some other lists up for comments!

Probably just a typo, but you cannot have Pask twice in the same list.

Yup just a typo, I had the points correct for the Vanq with LC/PC but pask was accidentally typed in on the second one, but thanks for the catch! I fixed it up.

Use the 40 points to put a commissar in the blob.

I will add a commissar into one of the PIS in case a kill points mission comes up then I could blob 2 or all 3 of the squads together. But the general fact is that each of the squads would just remain a small 10 man squads so each of the autocannons can fire at a separate target.

Or as I mentioned should I just upgrade one of the LRBT's to be an eradicator?

If you got an AC in the PCS, I would switch the flamers for GL, else the flamers won't be doing much than just be there since you seems to be going gunline style.

They are for counter charge. If someone charges and kills one of the front infantry squads the flamers will move up and try to put extra wounds on the unit. Normally I use x4 flamers but figured I would try this out as its the same points either way. I figure since everything else will basically be moving up then the rear gunline shouldnt have to many problems with the enemy getting close, unless the whole game falls into my opponents favor lol.
