I ran across this recently. I feel that this is a great intro to color theory that applies well to the kind of painting that we do. If you know nothing about color theory then you should definitely watch this. Even though I have heard all of this before I still found it nice as a refresher.

FYI - Color theory is a really deep subject with a lot more to it than this. One could spend a lot of time learning about it. This scratches the surface in a way that you should still find useful.
