I'm curious to see how the furnace will play out since I have never used one. The slaves go on either side of the monks and furnace to prevent flank charges. The rat dart guards a flank while the stormvermin harrass/protect another. The cannons take down big nasties while the furnace and monks take out hordes along with the warpfire thrower.
Thoughts? I have never used monks or a furnace so I am curious to how they will play and am eager to listen to ajy criticism you have.

The stormvermin in that size of a unit dust there to give you a weapons team and a storm banner is a waste of points. If you wish to get more out of them drop a couple things.
It's normally noted that slaves are effective cost-wise with shields and most run them butt naked with just one hand weapon.
I recommend you get a chieftain with a BSB in this list if at all possible. Skaven leadership needs help and a BSB is never a bad thing. You may have to drop some of their gear to get good results though.
Warp lightning cannons are good vs large units with big bases and other war machines. This includes monsters and a few other things. If your enemy's cavalry is unfortunate enough to be flanked by your WLC you can also shoot down an entire rank of them and kill off the whole lot of them. Doesn't always happen but when it does it's glorious.
I'm not terrible sure it's even worth giving the plague priest any killing gear as he usually tends to die easily just like a seer on a bell. He's not too powerful but he's can get hit and killed by a lot. I suggest you take good ward save on both your plague priest and chieftain that I suggested you take.
I don't know if your chieftain can join the furnace after considering FAQ's only allowing plague priests to do such things or similar.
I have found out just recently that though weapons teams for skaven are fun they misfire a lot, stick you to a firing line and even worse they get sniped to death very easily. It doesn't take many shots from anything to kill any weapons team even with a 5+ armor save and a 4+ ward for being within its parent unit range or from also being behind slaves or similar to use as a moving wall of fodder.
Basically if you like them play with them a bit but seriously you'll be as frustrated as me with them in the end. They're good but they're too short ranged and usually get sniped out by units with 24" range shooting stationed in a building, or by magic or any other variety of long shots that can do multiple weak shots like a repeater bolt thrower. In short unless you can somehow place it somewhere out of line of sight it's probably going to do nothing and get blow apart like a whoopee cushion. It's ugly to watch.
Use clanrats with your BSB if you've got to. Also as far as the storm banner goes it's good but it hurts you esp. in your shooting phase and give your plague monks the plague banner. It's a magic banner for plague monks that costs 30 points and is a huge steal. For one round of close combat all your plague monks and crew get to re-roll to hit and to wound against any enemies in that close combat.
If you need more core clanrats and stormvermin are good. I'd just prefer not to use weapons teams. Just find something that does the job better with being utterly reliant on them.
Use giant rats for war machine hunting. It also wouldn't kill you to have maybe one more wizard or more shooting. I'd mention gutter runners but I think your points limit is too low for that right now. It's a fantastic choice though.
Other than all that I wish you good luck and maybe i'll give you better advice when i'm not ready to pass out.
It's not a bad list but you will need to go forward with a chunk of your army most likely. Also judging by what you've got you'll get outmaneuvered hard but we'll see. Anyway like I said i'm too tired for good advice right now after taking a sleep pill some time ago.

Thanks for the advice!
I would live to take a BSB chieftain but unfortunately all my points are invested in the furnace for my heroes. I don't think a warlord would be a good grab just for the BSB.
I have had great experience with my weapon teams and they usually end up more then making up their points
Most of the advice you are giving me is just too many points for what the list needs to do.

Here are my two Warptokens:
- Squeezing in a Furnace is tough at this many points, and you'll probably fair better with something else, but if it's what you want to roll with, may the Horned Rat guide you.
- if you want your Priest to be your General, drop him to lvl1 and give him the Talisman of Preservation and the Ironcurse Icon, or maybe the Foul Pendant and the Portents of Doom. Either way, give him a flail; +2S in round 1 is way better than +1A, especially in that unit.
- 1 in 6 shields saves a slave. 6 shields costs 3pts. A slave costs 2pts. Drop the shields.
- I'd also get one big unit of 50 Slaves, and use the other points to get some more Rat-Darts or minimum units of Slaves; you need to be able to re-direct his re-directors.
- Your Plague Monks need a magic banner. Take either the Plague Banner or the Banner of Discipline.
- 10 Stormvermin are woefully small. They might be worth it for the Stormbanner, but I'd consider dropping a Warp Lightning Cannon to get s'more bodies. Also, drop the shields. At 10-strong, they won't help. At 20+, you're better off with more bodies.
Something like...
- 1 Plague Priest + flail + Talisman of Preservation + Ironcurse Icon + Plague Furnace (304)
- 29 Stormvermin + full command + Stormbanner (278)
- Warpfire Thrower (70)
- 51 Skavenslaves + musician (104)
- 5 Giant Rats + 1 packmaster (23)
- 5 Giant Rats + 1 packmaster (23)
- 5 Giant Rats + 1 packmaster (23)
- 40 Plague Monks + full command + Plague Banner (335)
- 1 Warp Lightning Cannon (90)
That should be 1250. One more model, but a lot more units. Your Monkstar should be able to grind down most units at this point level. The Rat-Darts should help make sure that you can get the Furnace into those combats, instead of being lead around the board the whole game.

Thanks that really helped a lot I appreciate it
Here's my own take on the list let me know what you think
Lvl 1 Plague Priest
Armour of Fortune
Ironcurse Icon
Dragonbane Gem (had an extra 5 points)
Flail
Furnace
40 Slaves
Musician
20 Stormvermin (30 is a bit too expensive for my taste when I'm already running an expensive blob)
Full Command
Storm Banner
Warpfire Thrower
5 Giant Rats
Packmaster
5 Giant Rats
Packmaster
5 Giant Rats
Packmaster
40 Monks
Full Command
Plague Banner
WLC
WLC
I managed to keep both cannons for redundancy because mine have a tendancy to wiff their bounce rolls more often than not

A few things:
- Plague Priests are wizards, so they can't have armour of any kind.
- 30 Stormvermin is a lot, especially when you're already running a big unit.
...but that means that your opponent will have to choose between two big units, instead of either ignoring the little one to whittle down the threat, or ignoring the threat to earn some easy VP.
- 2 Warp Lightning Cannons is indeed the way I'd normally go. But with the Furnace, you've already got enough eggs in one basket. You can try it, I suppose, but I think you need to look at those 90pts like the gamble they are, and use the other 90 for some much needed-bodies.

Ok my battlescribe tricked me and was allowing me to take magic armour and weapons. In that case I think your list is the best option for a furnace list with my playstyle
