Hi,
never used a water effect, I would like to try it for a well/fountain I've got.

Wich brand should I get? I would like to make still water, and having the option to give it a hue with inks (or something else) would be an appreciated bonus.

The most important aspect to me is that the "water" will rest "perpendicular" to the walls of whatever it is inside. I don't like the final results where the water effects "sticks" to the walls/borders (I've seen many). Sorry for not being able to properly explain it in English, and since a picture is worth a hundred words, here's a drawing of what I mean:

So, wich product I should buy?

You might be best off with e-z water for that. Almost all setting products will exhibit the concave meniscus in the right of your diagram (so resins are out).

E-Z water is basically a thermoplastic (ie you melt the granules and pour it in, then it congeals as it cools).

Downsides are a slight yellowish colour, and obviously, it goes on hot. Ensure your surfaces are properly sealed with a good varnish and properly cured before pouring and you should be OK. Unless your structure is expanded polystyrene (foamcore etc).

I used a product called "Solid Water" to do my realm of battle board just added a drop of paint to the mix to get the colour I wanted.

Yellowish color wouldn't be a problem, but may I pour it on a plastic structure, too? Will not it melt?

Looks REALLY NICE! More infos on this product, please? Maybe a manufacturer?
