It is an okay short novel, not bad but also not exceptional good. Describes a troupe coming to a castle (recently) occupied by Dark Eldar. Features some performances, but don't expect info about the black library. Some characters from the second Hoare Dark Eldar novel recurring (which I haven't read yet).

I liked it very much, all in all its a good if somewhat too short read. Expect Harelquins and restless natives

I loved it, and not just for the cover! As well as the reoccurring character Motley from the Dark Eldar Path series (which I can only recommend, great series) I really liked the interaction between the troupe of harlequins and the banter between Archons is always fun. While it kind of failed as a detective story (They killed off all the suspects!) it was a great read if you, like me, like harlequins. The insight into eldar mythic cycles is also cool, and what you learn about Motley puts a different perspective on solitaires all together.
