Hi all, I've been wanting to do a really competitive army for a while that would be a fun modeling and painting project too. This is my first Eldar/D. Eldar list, but I want some advice on what changes I should make.
Here it is:
Eldar (Main):
Farseer (Shard of Anaris, Jetbike)
Farseer (Singing Spear, Jetbike)
Warlocks (X7 Warlocks, X5 Singing Spear, Jetbikes)
Dire Avengers ( WS w/ SL Shruiken Cannon, Holo Fields)
Dire Avengers ( WS w/ SL Shruiken Cannon, Holo Fields)
X3 Jetbikes
Wraithknight (D cannons)
Dark Eldar (Allies):
Baron Synthonyx
Warriors (Venom w/ extra Splinter Cannon, Nightshield, Grisly Trophies)
Warriors (Venom w/ extra Splinter Cannon, Nightshield, Grisly Trophies)
Ravager (3 DL, Nightshields)
Again, C&C would be awesome! If anyone cares
Thanks,
Lucarikx

Take trophies on your ravager as well. Its rare you will be in range of it, but it is a cheap upgrade, and well worth it should you need a psychic test to work.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Run the list as Iyanden. You give up absolutely nothing.
Take the shard on one Farseer. You then have access to SoulShrive on the 2nd Farseer. Don't know where you want to find the points, but it is a useful upgrade and gives you more AP2 melee.
Name your Wriathknight your Warlord, let him roll on the awesome Iyanden table, and have the most difficult Slay the Warlord point in town.

If he takes the Iyanden supplement he actually loses the shard of anaris and the soul shrive capabilities so don't take the supplement for this. your warlord will be survivable enough in the council.

Iyanden can still use the shard, you just can't mix the two on the same char.
I would say though that giving the 2nd farseer anything is cutting points you need.
Harsh advice incoming.
If sisters of battle new anti psyker guns perils a whole unit the seer council is over.
They have all the tools to become the best army if not matching all of the top tier, and if it the gun perils the entire unit, which is one interpretation then the seer and screamer councils are done competitively i would move on to a beastpack instead or switch armies if trying to be super competitive.
The viability of the seer and seeker councils in national tournaments now depends on how that gun is ruled.
Possibilities
Whole unit takes perils, council is done competatively switch to farseers in a beastpack
Random psyker, becomes a hard fight, you will lose warlocks, and sisters excel at killing tanks, therefore you will have no tanks and a very much reduced council, also if you get into combat they will have a re-rollable armor save.
Closest psyker gets periled, all is fine your curbstomp sisters.
Sisters now have a very good chance of upsetting the meta, they have anti psyker, can weight of fire air, or ally guard to kill air, and if they pass leadership tests get a re-rollable save in combat.
So really it comes down to how many very good players have a sisters army sitting around, and or are willing to buy one, and how that stupid gun is ruled.
As far as everything else goes, I would say your fine, you could choose to drop the dire avengers + wave serpents for jetbikes and use the 300 points elsewhere say for another wraithknight or a unit of warp spiders and an icarus to do anti air, but all in all its about the same.

I think the RAI on the sisters anti psyker combi is on a hit the unit suffers a perils, if more than 1Psyker the sisters player chooses, or it's randomly allocated.
Current RAW is every psyker in the unit takes a perils. Farseers refresh warp tokens at the start of turn and laugh it off with a ghost helm, warlocks all die.
RAI means nothing until the FAQ. I think GW wants to eliminate screamerstar from the game. 2++ rerollable is just plain boring.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.
