As a huge fan of the Sega Genesis gaming system, I'll get this started with two of my favorite games.

Golden Axe is one of my most loved games of all time.
The other day I was playing Speedball 2 and on Sunday I played Herzog Zwei, which is one of my all time favourite games as well. I recently played Dungeons and Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun actually not so long ago..
Have been playing Sonic the Hedgehog, Ghouls 'n' Ghosts, Mega Turrican, Cyborg Justice and Road Rash via emulator on my phone. Amazing is all I can say, but a bit trickier without the gamepad.
I love my Mega Drive and will be distraught when it finally gives up the ghost.

A lot of already mentioned games were favorites of mine - Toejam and Earl, Shining Force 1 and 2, Landstalker, Golden Axe and Streets of Rage.
I'll add in Robocop Vs Terminator, Jurassic Park, the various "...strike" games (Jungle Strike, Desert Strike and such), General Chaos, Ecco, Mutant League games, Pirates! Gold, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Aladdin, Shadowrun, NBA Jam - as well as Metal Head and Primal Rage for the 32x. These are some of my favorites, my collection was extensive.
Plus obviously Sonic.
And somehow I left out like my favorite sega game ever - Xmen!
