I'll admit, I've got ba hobby ADD. I know I've got two full boxes to get through still, but I'll be looking at pictures and start thinking "yeah, I totally want to do that." I wound up actually really liking my Ahl Fassed and I'd like to expand that bunch. I like the fact that they're basically powere armored French Foreign Legion. The only problem is that there's just that one model and she's not really big enough to have any of her parts be compatible with anything else. So, I'm wondering, how can expand the ranks fo the Ahl Fassed? What would be the best model to use? Janissaries?

And on the topic of Janissaries, whose arms would best match the new version that's in the starter? I like the sculpt of that one, but I hate his pose. I would love to get one and model him actually holding his rifle with both hands. Also, would the older, bulky style HMG arms fit onto him by any chance?

I like the AP rifle/ light flamethrower version of the Ahl Fassad and have considered using one of the new Jannisaries models as a proxy. I already have the old AP rifle and HMG Jannisary models so the new one looks a bit wimpy by comparison.

As for changing the pose you might be able to use the arms from the hafza rifle although i'm not sure how they would fit on the new Jannisary. And the arms from the old HMG model will look huge on the new Jannisary so i'm not sure that would work.

Actually i just checked. The hafza arms are probably a bit small and you end up with a big gap between the arm and the gun. But if you have a spare djanbazan rifle you could get something like this with a bit of green stuff work at the shoulder and wrist.

Seriously, this is my one beef with Infinity right now. Old profiles that weren't super popular when they came out getting ignored. I'd love to see the Halqa, Tuaregs and Daylami expanded as well

They could stand to just update some of the sculpts, too.

Yeah is a shame when they release a model with a profile thats not the best and then wonder why it doesn't sell like hotcakes!
