Here are 2 lists I came up with,mostly on models I own but I think it'll work well. Thoughts on either of them?

Lord - MoN, bike, sigil, LC - 140

plague marines - 5 man, 2x plasma, champ(combimelta), rhino - 195

Hey man. Might I suggest a combination of both lists?

Additionally:

-Find a way to give the Lord a Pfist. Since you don't have 2 drakes, it's okay to give the Lord a Burning Brand.

-CSM bikes with MoN are perfect at 4man with Melta x2. They a

-Champs don't need combi-melta. Give them Power Axes since they have to issue/accept anyway and might as well swing well.

-Autocannon havocs don't need VotLW. They'll be wiped out against good tournament opponents before they 1.) Get it combat or 2.) Need to take a morale test

-CSM DP just need the Mace, Armor, Wings and MoTz. Don't make him a psyker unless you try and get a Tzeentch Prince from Codex: Demons and make some Plaguebearers man your ADL.

-Cultists need to be on the ADL. PM's should be thrown in the enemy's face to take advantage of their durability.

Whoa, where did the Heldrake go? I would never not take the Heldrake.

I like the very first list you posted, but I would make some changes. As mentioned above, you do not need Combi-Meltas on the Plague Champs. I would go for Power Axes and maybe even Meltabombs. Dropping the champ upgrade on the Bikes would pay for this.

PM champs really don't have to get a power weapon with the plague knife. I like the first list the most- get rid of the VotLW on the havocs, get rid of the ADL. With the extra points give the lord a PF, oblitz MoN, and biker champ PF. Or get an additional squad of cultists to keep in reserve and hold the back objective.
I like the combi-melta's personally, always nice to have the option to pop a tank if you have a unit close enough.

if this is for a tournement then why isn't there 3 heldrakes and 2 daemon princes with wings black mace and power armour
