I was looking over the various ebooks GW has put out.

Do the Index Chaotica / Index Astartes provide any strategy, rules, etc. or are they just additional fluff around the specific unit?

also, be extrememly warry of paying for strategy tips from GW... All indications point to them now really knowing how to play at a high level anymore, or ever wanting to engage players that do for advice.

i completely understand and agree on the strategy aspects and advice from GW.

I truly was more interested in finding out if they are all fluff or if there's more to the books or not.
