Hey bud.

The cultists just don't need flamers. CSM don't need special weapons. 20 CSM should be running in the shooting phase to get closer so... Drop those weapons to kit out the lords and your good to go.. I would consider combi-melta on the lords and deep striking them seperately

looks like it could work tbh haha looks like some fun too that csm sqauds gonna be a bitch to knock off a point and those cultists will be quite a threat, with that many cultists id even maybe say just take typhus? but yea looks fun.

Typhus would be good for this list.

Yeah at first I was considering abaddon, and then typhus. But I thought perhaps 2 terminator lords was better value for points?

Bro is right on the cultists and CSMs. You usually take them naked. Since you're foot-slogging so many cultists, I'd recommend taking typhus. Another HQ to consider is a sorcerer, so you can roll on invisibility. 3 helturkies is always good, although people will scream at you. I was disagreeing with the rhinos for the havocs, but upon second thought you can use them to good use to disrupt LoS to protect your havocs from one squad while they shoot another. you might need to lose the rhinos though for your sorcerer.

If you are bringing the lords anyways, consider throwing a mark on them and opening up the elites choice as a troops choice. MoN would give you Plague marines, which can be much tougher to deal with, and they can be mean in close combat too.

I'd consider dropping some of the cultists and using those points to mark at least one of your lords, and grab some elites instead of the Plain CSM.

I'm also not usually a fan of taking them in such large groups, usually 10 man squads will be more effective.

You're also not really running anything very quick besides bale flamers, and maybe those rhinos. (9I'd consider throwing one of those lords on a bike, and bringing a squad of chaos spawn or bikers instead of 1 of the drakes.

A good build I've used is to drop mark of Nurgle onto a chaos lord on a bike, and then drop him into a squad of MoN Bikers. Gives you some added mobility and makes them a little harder to kill. I'd consider dropping the cultist squads down to 10 mans, with no upgrades, and adding in a aegis with a quad gun too, if you can, then park a squad of cultists on the gun. You can even hide an objective there if you get one of those missions.

Chaos lord on palanquin or preferable put one on a juggernaut with axe of blind bury. I killed 4 cc centurions in one round with my juggerlord. Also this list will get smashed by tau or a list with mcs

Cultists with heavy stubbers are pretty good. Heavy 3 S4 AP5 shots are pretty good for a 5 point upgrade.

land of 10k taxes

Dump 1 drake and 10 pts, add Spawn x 5 w/ MoN.

2 drakes and a spawn or vice versa is the way to go over 3 of either.
