Here is the situation. I'm deployed (again) and looking at maybe starting a new army when I get home. Have IG and Orks, but, looking to do SM again. Got rid of my salamander army a couple years ago. So, before I go and purchase aimlessly, here is what I am looking at getting. Some sort of comments would help.

CPT w/ bike, artificer armor, thunder hammer, shield eternal

bike squad 1: 5 bikes, 1 attack bike w/ heavy bolter, Vet SGT, combi grav, grav gun x2
bike squad 2: 5 bikes, 1 attack bike w/ heavy bolter, Vet SGT, Combi grav, grav gun x2

tactical squad: 10 SM, flamer, heavy bolter, melta bomb, storm bolter, power fist
Drop pod

Scout Squad: Sniper rifle x4, missile launcher w/ flak missiles, camo cloaks
Land speeder storm

Storm Talon 1: sky hammer missiles
Storm Talon 2: Sky hammer missiles
Storm Talon 3: Sky hammer missiles

Centurion Squad: Lascannon x3, missile launchers, omni scope

Librarian: Terminator armor


Mainly, is two bike squads good enough, or, should I go with a third? I know it isn't the normal run of a SM army, but, just what I'm looking at.
