Thought id show you guys the greater daemons i made from GW parts and Greenstuff.
I was really tired of my metal ones and didn“t feel that they looked impressive enough considering the state of the other large models.

Lord of change. This one has some metal parts. The wings and the body which is from a Kroot for Inquisitor. The robe is mainly greenstuff and parts from the giant kit.
The head is from a plastic Griffon.

This keeper of Secrets is plastic and Greenstuff. Legs are from the hive tyrant kit and the body is the large mutant from the Warshrine kit.

This bloodthirster is huge and was made from the Soulgrinders body, head from a necrosphinx and 2 sets of arms from a Maulerfiend. The Jumppack is made from bits and the Bombs from a Dakkajet.

My second Keeper. This one is work in progress but you can see where it is going Really happy with this one allready.

My first plastic Greater Daemon, A Great Unclean One. Base model is the Hellbrute.

Sorry about the Lighting, i really need to set up a photobox. The paintjobs are a lot nicer in person.

I rather like it.
The only criticism I can level is that I feel that they could use clearer difference in color to indicate which Ruinous Power they serve.

Not a big fan of baby-blue and pink
The nurgle browns and greens are not that interesting either, it just makes a model look muddy and dull.

Super awesome. They look really different, as chaos should be. It seems a shame seeing so many identical demons all the time, when demons of chaos should be different. I like the top one the best, great use of parts.

These are really great! Brilliant realisations and character. Love how the great unclean one looks like a thug! The bloodthrister looks suspiciously wise though...

Very much like the third one, great use of kits and distinct colours.

This is a signature. It contains words of an important or meaningful nature.

Really like what you did here. Especially like the hellbrute conversion and the converted Kroot. Both of these are really fantastic (not that the others arent well done too).

One the nurgle daemon note. Nurgle daemons are not uniformly green. I have painted mine brown, yellowish etc. Its up to the individual. Great job though

Wow, that's a lot of conversion work! Any chance we can see the other demons in their conversion-complete state before you put the paint on them?

Those are a great use of parts in some awesome conversions. I also love the biomechanical look of these, they'd make great allies for an Iron Warriors or Dark Mechanicus army.

Me too. Though it doesn't say rage... it certainly looks imposing.

The GUC is fantastic as well.

I absolutely love the bloodthirster, the only way it could be better is if the hands weren't so large/cumbersome... It would look totally better in my opinion if it was holding an axe in a similar manor to the space marine lord executioner, or more like a horror style dragging a huge axe, I know you were limited with the kit you were using though and really, it is truly amazing as it is.

I was thinking about making him an axe but felt the claws looked better. Fluffwise he is more along the line of a Daemon Prince who merged with his armor and weapons upon ascension.

your hellbrute conversion is kinda what i have in mind, though not quite to that extent on the reposing, for the Hellbrute my friend gave me. He gave me one in the past to"do something orky" with, which i did (Deffbrute is epic). He gave me another but i really want to keep my deffbrute unique, so i was going to convert it into a daemon prince of tzneech with wings/black mace and give it back to him, since he says thats the only way he'd run an actual prince.

I like the gut, i'l have to use that idea lol

Oh i completely agree, the model has limitless potential and with the low price you can basically make a ton of different versions.

These look great! Especially the Lord of Change, that could be an actual kit had you not said! I just feel his staff needs something... More... I'm not sure what, just maybe a little extra height or something... Anyway, I'm nitpicking, it's a fantastic conversion! I also love the gas mask part on you Great Unclean One, that may well be getting stolen...

Ps I agree on the Hellbrute kit, I'll have to pick one of them up from a bitz supplier!

Love your GUO conversion. Great job. The mask is awesome. I also love the creativity. Total deviations from the norm but awesome none the less.
