After playing venom spam in tournaments for so long I figured I would flip it.

With this list I plan to mainly use my Raiders with noone in them, simply to block, and maneuver. If I were to run straight into the enemies face turn one, since the turbo boosting is now in the shooting, I can essentially move the Raiders (3 or fewer) 12". Then shoot with the rest of my army, or advance the foot warriors. After I'm done shooting I can turbo boost right in front of the enemy, blocking them.

It may seem odd and stupid, but in reality, big boats with 4+ cover saves are *slightly* tougher to budge than most think. I feel at 1500 points this will be an overwhelming amount of vehicles and firepower, because if the enemy wants to shoot at the rest of my army they will have to deal with the Raiders first, if they don't my units are either BLOS or have clear cover saves. Furthermore, when the Raiders blow up in front of the enemy, and if the dice are in my favor they could do some damage as well. (Not to be relied on.) If I face jump infantry I can just choose to play less aggressively and load up the raiders.

Either way, what do you think? Is it a foolish army or could it possibly work?
