I am trying out both the Caliban green and macragge blue sprays. I have used them as an undercoat and so far so good. It is just a tad lighter than going over black.

It's solid stuff, I tried to use liquitex stuff over the top but its not got enough pressure, so what I.did was prime black, base green, wash nulin oil and then zenithal spray the angels green again, worked a treat for the tactical squad.

For the Lion and Terra!
Because nothing in the galaxy is black and white, Mankind views the Space Marines as a last resort. The last line. When all else fails. They take up the burden. The noble defenders of Mankind. The last hope.
With finecast you can bypass the washing stage and throw them straight into the bin.
Or cut out the middleman and just flush some money down the toilet.

If you're lazy, go all the way and get an airbrush. Do almost all the work with the ease of a spray can. Buypainted has some good airbrush tutorials for dark angels on youtube.

Have you used it? I bought some Army painter angel green, for my IG tanks ( which are catachan green). I was gonna go back in, and change it for some catachan green gw spray. Is the difference not that much?

I haven't used GW's spray, but Army Painter Angel Green, plus a few bottles of Army Painter's bottled Angel Green (100% color match) have made my DA a breeze.

I've never tried Army Painter colors, but their Primer Black is what I prefer now for undercoating. To say it's superb is an understatement; thin but proper coverage, leaves detail to the T, and forgiving if you are applying too close or far away. If they make the color you desire, I'd go for it (or the airbrush, but you can't be lazy about cleaning those)
