So I am start a new inquisition army, which is going to be a razorback spam list. I now need 18 multi melta servitors, any one got any examples/advice of how to convert my own fairly cheaply?

Definitely go for the 'entire arm amputated and replaced with a shoulder-mounted multi-melta' look - it's a whole lot easier to model than any other option.

Plastic multi-meltas are reasonably available in various vehicle/infantry kits - something like the ones from the SoB Immolator kit would be perfect, but so long as they have the correct nozzle, converting a rear/shoulder section should be pretty easy, as inquisitor armies use lots of unique/customised weapons..

And the servitors themselves can be whatever human figures fit the look of your army - anything from de-chaosified Cultists to WHFB to IG.
