I'm starting work on my custom Maulerfiend soon, and I want to give it cutters over the tendrils, but the only problem is I don't actually know what they look like. Any help?

Yeah, so long as they look like some sort of chaotic welding torches, they'll be fine. I agree with tomcat that the gargoyle heads would be a useful start, if you have some.
