Hi I'm looking to build a Tau and khorne daemons list for something different to play.

This is a sort of monster list, please let me know what you think. I've not played either of these armies before so if I have something that just wont work please let me know before I purchase the models

Interesting mix.

Well as a massive daemon player and a new tau collector I must say this looks nasty. Thirsters are the best FMC in game and to throw that into a lackless tau would be perfect. That what my idea too. Better yet.... do this...

Here is to praying the R'varna gets changed between the experimental and actual rules. The thing is slowed. Why even have 3+ armor in the game anymore with units like that. Ugh.

I'm surprised there's no hounds in your list, hounds are ace, also depending on how your using your tau in this list you might be better suited to dropping the forge world riptide to a normal one, saving you 75pts, making the fireblade an ethreal,
Saving you 10 pts so you have 85 pts to spend, grab a basic adl leaving you 35 pts to spend on either more fire warriors or some missle drones for extra missle pods and wounds on your broadside unit and have a lovely double shot bubble on your 3 fw squads. Stick the ethreal in the broadsides in the middle of the adl with fw's either side and your laughing, ld10 all round and twice as many shots, also could be an idea to switch the marker Drones for pathfinders as they shoot better and you have no drone controller. Just my thoughts, let me know what you think.

All very good ideas and the Fleshhounds would be really nice, I'll have a think of what can be trimed down as you its most likley demoting the FW Riptide to standard one.

Also you might want to try and find 5-10pts to out ewo on your riptides as intercepting ap2 pie plates on deep strikers/drop podders can really ruin your opponents day

Why not go balls out and get a Daemons Prince while your at it?

Then again, I don't know gak about daemons. Would be keen to hear some elaboration on "Bloodthirster is best FMC" if someone would care to share
