Walk forward and shoot taking advantage of the buffs provided by the seers especially battle focus on wraithguards.
Why no wave serpents for the wraith guard? In the competitive scene I believe that 2-3 wave serpents would not cut it in this list. The wave serpent spam list is really good but in this list 2 wave serpents would be destroyed. The Tau buff Commander with ignore cover, twin-linked, tank hunter would destroy at least 1 serpent a turn and some marker light combo would destroy another, so even if I manage to fit 2 or 3 serpents in the list I think a smart player would find a way to destroy them easily and that would be 270 points down the drain.
I instead went with the best defense is a good offense strategy, instead of 2 serpents I added Starcannon War Walkers, which is good against Missile Sides and Riptides. I originally had 2 10 man dire Avenger Squads but I move things around so I could add 10 warp spiders. I like the option of deep striking and these guys are crazy fast and can do a lot of damage.
The Spiritseers will hopefully get jinx, renewer, or quicken psychic powers. Protect/Jinx increases the save of the Wraiths to a 2+, or make a riptide 3+ instead of 2+, renewer with the stone means I can potentially heal 2 wounds a turn on a wraithknight, and the extra 3 inches from quicken will help get the wraithguard in range. The Farseer needs little explanation it makes everything better.
I am thinking about giving my warlord, a suncannon and scattershield keep it close to my forgestone. 5+ inv save with a chance to heal a wound each turn will make it near impossible to kill and it would add some more firepower. What do you guys think about the list?

The only problem with keeping a scattershield close to your spiritseer is the chance to blind. Yeah, it only happens 1 in 6 times but when it does it can really bite.
Since your going on foot, why not get 10 wraithblades with axes? 5 man wraith squads are not that difficult to down, and 10 make the best use of the buffing abilities. With 10 blades, you can place all your HQ's here and make a semi deathstar/command bubble. Keeps your buffing safe as well.
For your psychic powers, there are a lot of good things to get. The farseer should roll once on eldar powers, taking doom or fortune if you get it. Keep going till you have to take guide. Divination is next, looking for the 4++ power, or take prescience. If you have a roll on telepathy invisibility or hallucination are good, but shriek is a decent default shooting attack. With the spiritseers, you noted on protect and renewer, which are fantastic for your list. Why take jinx when you can have voice of twilight instead? It targets multiple units who benefit greatly from battle focus, and furious charge makes the wraithblades very dangerous when they assault. Well worth the 2 charges. Quicken is not bad, but consider voice as a default in case you get one of the bad powers. Telepathy is a great backup power if you have all the good ones you need.
Move your stone to the farseer. With Ld10, an extra wound and ghosthelm the farseer will last a bit longer, keeping your healing machine alive(also diversifying your ability to heal).
The amount of Ap2 in your list will make many armies cry(___wing) comes to mind. You are a bit light in the horde department though. Consider getting some more mid ranged dakka in somewhere. Deamons will laugh at your low AP.

That is a great idea moving the stone to the farseer I will do that. I agree with you about the psychic powers, I will always take twilight on one of my spirit seers battle focus on wraith guard and knights is vital. Also Str 8 from furious charge with the wraith blades means instant death against suits and necron wraiths. What do you guys think is the best anti horde weapon eldar have?

For eldar crowd control, you either want avengers/guardians,swooping hawks, wave serpents, scatter walkers or d scythe wraithguard.
Mass shuriken fire from the troops is viable against anything without an AV value. Cheap enough to gun down ork boys, but also capable of murdering a dreadknight. Avengers are capable on foot(as your list has) guardians need a serpent to get close.
Hawks are your go to dakka machines. With a surgical pinpoint blast, followed by lots of Ap5 shooting(maybe the S4 ap4 plasma grenade blast too) the birds do a great job shredding light troops and other cannon fodder you don't want tarpitting your knight, and can't afford to waste wraithcannon/starcannon fire on. They also add some anti tank if they survive the following turn. Great to pick off backfield arty, or any target of opportunity. Hawks require some finesse and while warp spiders are better overall FA choices, hawks excel in the 2 areas spiders fail-hordes and Av14.
Serpents are just dakka machines, but as you said a single serpent is a target. However, with lots of high T values to saturate it could work. T8 is effectively AV12, but has wounds and saves.
War walkers with scatter lasers put out a stupid amount of fire, particularly when guided. That much S6 will drop light armor, small MEQ/TEQ squads and hordes alike. I know you want the AP2, but with warp spiders, bladestorm weapons and wraithcannons/axes, your pretty set. Losing the AP2 sucks, but with weight of dice 2+ saves will fail.
D-scythe flamers will ruin Christmas for...well basically anything. However, these are expensive and require a serpent for delivery.
So, my suggestions to round out your AT
-Reduce number of spiders, add some hawks
-Swap walker guns to scatter lasers.
-Get the 5 man wraith squad a serpent, give em d-scythes.
Any one of those choices should balance your horde control with AT/TEQ killing.

Make a big unit of blades and 2 small units of guard keep both wraithknights plain, walkers need scatter lasers for some AA and hoard control i would say drop the avengers for more jetbikes but thats just me.
