Those 9 man jet bike squads are gonna have a big footprint. Would you consider breaking 2 of then down into 3 6 man squads. Smaller footprint and you can claim/contest more objectives.

This looks solid. I agree with reanimator. Split up the windriders into smaller groups to make a bigger impact are you putting the warlock council with the guardians or are they following the autarch into CC? I Feel like those warlocks seem out of place

im sorry, but no. no, needs allot of help.

1) drop all upgrades off vypers (exept guns and holos)
2) a) you have crimson hunter, youy dont need flakk on war walkers. b) flakk sucks anyways, and is way to expensive, so c) drop all EMLs and flakks for scatter lasers or brigth lances.
3) warlock council (3 man) isnt competitve. drop.
4) your list is illigal. only 1 troop. split bikes like others say.
5) get more troops. you dont have enough for 2000

3 nine man groups are not illegal and the warlock council are split between the 3 nine man groups of bikers

still flakk missiles are WAY to expesive. brightlances or scatters are much much much much better

scatter bl is a populer one, but i dont see why.
thats another case of mixed roles, and mixed roles doesnt work out.
lances for armour, scatters for vechles.
go sraight scatter, or straigh bright lances. 3 walekrs with all lances guided means 2 s8 hits vs a flier if you still want a tad of ani air.
