Captain w/ Artificer Armour, sheild eternal, relic blade, and digital weapons = 205
5 man tactical squad w/ rhino(storm bolter and dozer blade) and flamer = 120
5 man tactical squad and plasma gun = 130

side notes: iron hands, the captian is going to walk behind one of the rhinos in support of one of the two 5 man teams, this list was mainly design with four ideas in mind.
Can I hold (enough) objectives?
Can I ignore/kill fliers?
Can the list kill 2+ saves and monsters?
Will my units be able to do their job?

Devastators stay in the back smacking shots at tanks. The scouts hold the objective. The Tacs move up to objectives. The Captain blows up tanks, heavy infantry, MC's and is basically a nuisance. I'm sorry if I diverged from your list too much. - Feasible.
