Working from the battalion, I think you are going the right way with it. But I think you should drop the spellsinger, she simply isn't helpful. Lore of Athel Loren kinda sucks and at such a point level magic shouldn't be a huge problem. When you come into Wood Elves don't expect a shooting army, like lots of people would class wood elves as. WE aren't overly good at shooting, our core troops are very good at it, that's it. Shooting wont win games for you, games are won with a unit being charged from flank and rear or a good magic spell, our bows are what we use to make a unit manageable for a good charge. The only times shooting will win you your games is if you play an avoidance list and simple avoid any combat and shooting...evar!
You should think about proxing glade riders as a unit of 6 wild riders, so when your dryads hold a unit up, the wild riders can ride into flank and break them. Then you'd have the choice of either swapping Noble for a Wild Rider noble (Either spear is good, as is helm of the hunt) or you could use him as a scout noble (Briarsheath and HoDA is may Fav. build) to go with your Waywatchers to give them some first turn punch with HoDA obliterating a unit first turn as well as the unit being practically immune to shooting. It is laughably easy to impose at least a -3 to hit a unit of waywatchers (-1 for skirmishers, - 1 for waywatchers, -1 for long range or focing enemy to move) and smart moving makes them very hard to charge. Any extra pts you get should go into eagles, I can't stress how good or important they are at higher levels.
