Well, the duke needs to join a kabbie squad, so drop a body from one of the squads. Keeps em safe and gives the squad 3+ poison dakka. Combines nicely with splinter racks.
The incubi don't need a klaivex, and you may want to drop them altogether. If you wanted a duke escort kill squad, they are OK but remember the duke has to join a kabbie squad at the start of the game. You can start out of the raider, then have him jump in the incubi venom and the kabbies jump in the raider...but if you don't go first it will backfire. Even going first it is not ideal. If you want to keep the incubi, take 4-5 or so, maybe with a hamey. Honestly, just drop these for another wytch squad. Since you have the duke, make use of combat drugs.
The kabbies don't need a syrabite, particularly the duke's squad. Splinter cannon is optional, and drop the aethersails. The raiders should never be going flat out, just shooting. If you have to flat out, the sails are not that critical. Also, drop the blaster from each squad to focus on pure poison dakka goodness.
The wytches should lose the hekatrixes. A squad that small will never make it to CC and if they do, they won't do much before dying. Maybe once in a blue moon, but drop the points to spend elsewhere.
Consider night shields on the venoms, they are not required but I find them to be very helpful.
Your AT is light, and heavy support needs filling out. A couple of ravagers would be ideal(with night shields). Drop a couple of the missiles off the voidraven; shatterfields are good, but 4 is too expensive. Also, swap night shields for flickerfields, you need the 5++ when your flying.

As far as the splinter cannon, it is really up to you. On one hand, it increases the dakka capabilities of the squad. On the other hand it does not benefit from the points you are already spending on the splinter racks. The cannon is also a temptation to keep the raider back, out of range of the rest of the kabbies(read up on how to shoot out of an open topped transport). It is not wrong, it is really just preference. Taking it reduces the impact of the racks and may lead to distance combat. If you move, the cannon only shoots 4 shots, and your going to be moving most of the time. Having the cannon if the raider goes down is a great advantage. Is it worth 10 points? That is up to you.

I personally run bloodbrides rather than witches as you don't have to take 5. Stick a haemo in a squad of 4 of them for fnp and liquifier / agoniser and an extra attack. Usually I take a syren as well for a second agoniser. It bumps the points up a lot but they will be much more effective.
Drop the sybarites and the heavy weapons and take splinter racks on the raiders.
I would also drop one of the warrior squads entirely ans take 2 ravagers, you should have enough pts for that as their base cost is only 105.
Unless you plan on deep striking the raiders I would drop sliscus entirely, swap the incubi to blasterborn which frees up another 80 odd points.
