Hello, I want to know how Tigurius with his Master Psyker rule operates properly. It reads in the Space Marines codex under Tigurius' entry Master Psyker

"When generating psychic powers, Tigurius may re-roll any or all of the dice to see which powers he knows."

Now the way it reads the word or means choice. So you can either roll for your powers and re-roll them accordingly or after you have generated all 3 powers you can choose to re-roll all 3.

When generating powers, you pretty much take care of the roll you're on before moving on to the next generation.

For example, roll once on Divination and decide whether or not to trade it for Primaris (or whether or not to re-roll it) before generating his 2nd power.

Let's say you choose to re-roll "any", you can keep some re-rolls as you go, or just re-roll 2 of the 3 for example. Clearly picking to re-roll "Any" is better. It's just saying that you can do all of them if you want (which is a good thing).
