Hi mate, I would suggest to put twin linked smart missles on one of the riptides as ripple firing it into squishy eldar/guard/tau etc is nice, also you might be able to drop one of the pathfinder squads as you have one marker on your fireblade and 2 on your skyray so you could get rid of the Icarus and swap it for a quad which is way better. A MUST is to put disruption pods on your tanks as moving 6' a turn for a 4+ cover save is vital for their survival! And don't forget to use your non sniper kroot squad for deploying as a anti drop pod unit by spreading them out in front of your adl. Apart from those little tweaks I suggested looks good to me man.
