Ahh.... no bikes....

Lots of Bikes is the most common idea. It's not the only way to do it though, as Hit and Run helps all your units and any unit with a Dedicated Transport can get Scout from Kor'Sarro Khan. Still, half your buffs are for Bikes (improvements to Jink Save and ignoring Dangerous Terrain).

For White Scars I highly suggest investing more in Bikes and marine units with Transports. From your list you have, I wouldn't even be considering White Scars. Everything after the Devastators doesn't fit.

i would drop some stuff for a cammand squad on bikes with grav.
