Was thinking of using the Raven Guard Chapter Tactics, giving Thunderfire Stealth first turn and Scout if it needs to reposition (couldn't find anything that said it's bulky).
Also the Libby & Priest join the JP Assaults, giving them scout and stealth (correct?)
Mephiston hugs the Land Raider until he gets close enough, predators sit in the backfield and fire. (I like the HB, in case of hordes etc)
Thunderfire hopefulyl sits in Bolstered Cover and fires away.
And the nasty Sternguards combat squad in the Pod and try to alpha-strike anything bad.

I think it's pretty solid. C&C welcome.

Not bad! Get rid of the 3 searchlights and get melta bombs for your assault squad sarge. Also change the combi-flamers to 1 combi-plas and one combi-melta so you are more specialized on the drop after combat squadding. Otherwise there will be one type of weapon that is wasted. Id also prefer a powerweapon on a sarge over ML 2 on the libby, but that's a personal preference. Apart from the incredibly insignificant (in the grand scheme of things) changes I've mentioned, id consider that a pretty nicely rounded list!

Nice balanced list just a wee bit light on anti tank but if you can get Mephiston into the enemy vehicles I'm sure you'll be fine. Also have you thought about trading the attack bikes for standard biker I find them far better buts that personal preference.

Keep the bikes within 6" of your priest for a proper hard to kill for the points unit.

lots of mixed roles in sterngaurd, yes you can comabt squad, but only into 2 serperate squad,s and you have 3 types of combi weapons.
