Seeing as this is my first army, I am wondering if this is a viable List or not? If so, what sort of strategies can I use with this list? If not, what has to be changed in order to be effective as possible. As of right now, I only have Crowe and the 4 squads of purifiers, so I am capable of removing or adding other units if it'd help

List the DTs with the squads they go with. It gives readers a better sense of what your tactics will be.

As to whether this is a viable list or not....... No, no it is not.

Psilencers are largely crap. Compared to the relatively cheap cost of psycannons, there's no reason to take psilencers.

I don't understand how the Acolytes will be split up. You can have a max of 12 in a unit.

At 1400pts (which is a weird points limit, by the way), having three HQs is definitely overboard. Pick ONE that you really like and build a viable list with that one. Purifiers with Crowe, or Henchmen with Coteaz. If you want some fire support from Jokaeros/Servitors, then take both HQs, but only take the one Warband unit.
Karamazov isn't very competitive. Build a fun list with him if you want, but don't expect to win much.

5-man Marine units walking will get annihilated quite easily. If you want to make it across the board, you either need transports or you need 10 bodies (and both of those might be best). Build up a large squad of Purifiers and stick them in a LRC. Put Coteaz in there with them, to buff the squad.

You don't really have any heavy firepower, except the Vindicare. (Karamazov will scatter off target most of the time.) You want a Psyfleman, or a DKnight with Teleporter. And you definitely want more Psycannons.

Firstly, only 2 hqs is allowed at 1400, so id suggest only taking crowe, or if you really want take both and get some psyker units along with those purifiers and max them out to full or but either a) add razorbacks(heavy bolters or psycannons) to your 5 man squads or max out the units(psycannons/psybolt) and give them ALL rhinos,
I like the vindnicare, the acolyte squad is illegal you can only have 12, so id suggest just dropping and grab a few dreadknight models or storm ravens.

I would suggest dropping karamazov as well. Split up the henchmen into smaller squads (max is 12 per unit), and combine the purifiers into squads of 10, you can combat squad them once you deploy.
You have 2 options, 1st is to keep crowe to give yourself 8 scoring units (4 henchman squads, 2 purifier squads combat squaded), 2nd is to drop him because he's kind of fragile and it would give you 150 extra points to spend on things like psycannons and halberds for your purifers.

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.
