CAMP GRIZZLY: LIGHTS OUT CAMPERS
The year is 1979, you are Camp Counselors who are being stalked through a maze of cabins and camp trails by 'Otis', a homicidal killer with an unhealthy bear fetish.

Work together to explore the camp grounds. Find useful weapons and items while searching for a combination of objectives that can trigger one of four different game endings. Those who survive the finale win the game!

Select a camp counselor and draw 2 survival cards. Permanent survival cards are immediately played face up as they represent reusable abilities or special aspects of the counselor. All other cards become your starting hand (referred to as your backpack). Your counselor's pawn is placed at the campfire.

Your goal is to find a combination of three objective cards required to start one of four possible game finales. The objectives are shuffled and placed on the board prior to the start of the game.

On your turn, you may move a number of spaces as indicated by your counselor's current health (As you take damage, your movement is affected). After moving, you must draw a cabin card and resolve it. Cabin cards include Weapons, Items and helpful Campers (in most cases) as well as Cameos, Plot Twists, and Otis cards which can mean big trouble.

After all players have completed their turns, it's Otis, the killer's turn. None of the players control Otis. Instead, he moves towards the closest target in an attempt to hurt the players. Fights with Otis are resolved with dice, but you can only fight if you have a weapon equipped! Winning a fight temporarily removes Otis from the board. Losing a fight means taking damage and panicking away.

Eventually, a set of objectives are found and a finale begins. Follow the instructions on the finale over several stages and the story comes to a close. The surviving counselors win the game!

Hangin' with Gork & Mork

Shouldn't it be 80's slasher horror themed? The original Friday the 13th, which this is certainly inspired by, was released in 1980. The 80's were the heyday of the slasher film, with the 70's having only a few slasher films, though they are generally seen as seminal to the creation of the genre: Black Christmas, Halloween, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The 70's were more splatter and drive-in exploitation films when it comes to horror, and of course the 800lb gorilla that was Jaws. Yes I am being nitpicky.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
