No, they throw in the same weapon packs that are in the Spec-Ops packs. So you will never know what on the spure until you get it in the tourny pack.

Ive seen three Tournament Packs and they have all had the Aleph and Nomad Spec Ops weapon sprus.

The weapons packs I've seen are just two random Spec Ops weapon sprues. No guarantees you won't get two of the same, but no guarantees you will get two that will benefit any of the players, either.
(Whilst the game isn't old enough to have to deal with the 100 space marine armies more or less the same philosophy, there will be tourneys where two factions might not be represented - and odds on, those two factions will be the weapons in the pack you get. )

Thank you all for your replies, was just trying to see what was the best way to try and get an HMG for an Ekdromoi conversion but it appears that one of my friends got a Yu Jing Spec Ops and he is willing to give me the HMG so that problem is solved!

The PanO and YJ ones come with HMGs.
The nomad, aleph and haqq ones don't (I don't know if the morat one does - but they seem to be rare on most of the packs).

Hasslefree weapon packs are a good alternative. They don't fit the look exactly, but military tech can vary.
