So i placed a large $400 order with Forgeworld. 1 of the items being Horus Heresy Book 1, betrayal.

It was free shipping with the amount i spent.

On day 4 of waiting for the first order i placed a second order with Forgeworld, one of the items being Horus Heresy Book II, Massacre. (again i spent $400 and got free shipping)

On day 5, my first order shows up. Problem... one of the $14 blisters has damaged items beyond repair, and my Heresy book 1, betrayal. Is dinged up a tiny bit. Probably not worth complaining about but for $110 i wrote an email.
Forgeworld of coarse needed pictures and upon me giving them to them. The Next day (day 6)) they said they shipped out my New Book and the blister pack that was damaged.

Day 8 I received my second order, containing book II, massacre. As well as another package from forgeworld... thats right replacement book in 2 days. Only thing is they sent me a Book II, massacre in my replacement order.
So my second order i have a book II, and my replacement order from my original order had a book II... Well it was a good thing they sent 2, because one of the Book II's binding was upside down.... I thought it was funny, but called forgeworld the next day. Explained.. they needed a photo, i sent it over while on the phone. And they were very sorry and said they would ship another Book I, betrayal right out...

I got that BOOK 1, betrayal Today. (day 10)..

I understand the orders got messed up, printing in China got messed up. But their UPS free shipping is super fast, you would think with all the slack they take you would assume if they were offering free shipping they would do the leas t expensive/slowest available. But their customer service and customer support, as well as the fast shipping from Forgeworld GB, to Connecticut, USA. Was unreal. Really satisfied with them.

I've had the 'bank error in your favour - collect £200' card from FW too. They sent an order twice so I have plenty of DKOK infantry and 2 x voss pattern lightnings .

I keep ordering larger amounts now in hope that it happens again - I only wish I'd ordered a reaver Titan though :(

forgeworlds customer service is top notch, its one of the reasons i bit the bullet and pay there pricing

I've only done one forge world order of any decent size so far, and there were a couple of dodgy blisters. They sent out replacements quite quickly and then later sent me another set of the same replacements, unbidden, which I wasn't about to complain about but does indicate they get a bit muddled up there.

Shame it was only some missing power armour arms they were replacing and not, say, more Terminators or something.

My friend got a buy one get one free from FW once.

Must be nice to have had two Thunderhawks...
